A verified mobile number is another way to enter this account’s username. You still use this account’s password. Your email login continues to work.

Patient, staff and signer accounts may share the same email and phone, with separate passwords. One signer account covers guarantor, POA, parent and other representative roles; each patient’s permissions remain separate.

Adding a mobile login does not change the contact numbers on any form or verify your identity for signing. Within each account type, a mobile login can belong to only one account; people sharing a contact number can continue signing in by email.
